Is someone you know shaking things up in the world of wines and spirits? This is your chance to shine a spotlight on young talent making their mark in this exciting industry.
If you’re under 30 and making an impact, or if you know a colleague who is, we want to hear from you!
Join the Search for Innovators
Harpers’ 30 Under 30 returns for its fourth year, and we’re excited to discover the next generation of innovators within the wine and spirits sector.
Last year, we celebrated exceptional young professionals at the London Wine Fair, honoring those who are transforming the industry in the UK.
Now, in 2025, your nominations will help us unveil more future leaders.
We’re calling on everyone in the industry, regardless of age, to help us find worthy candidates for our shortlist.
Self-nominations are absolutely welcome! Whether your expertise lies in front-of-house service, marketing, production, or supply chain management, if you’re 29 or younger and making a difference in the UK wine and spirits scene, we want to hear about your achievements.

Once nominations are in, Harpers will connect with the individuals to gather more information.
This will assist us in selecting this year’s outstanding honorees across six exciting categories: leadership, commitment, communication, education, innovation, and sustainability.
Celebrating Young Achievers
Every year, we aim to spotlight fresh faces—individuals who have not been previously recognized.
If someone you nominated last year didn’t make the cut, don’t hesitate to put them forward again; this could be their moment to shine.
We’re also on the lookout for candidates who exhibit an entrepreneurial flair in their roles.
Last year’s honorees boasted impressive credentials: Ben Franks from Canned Wine Co was honored for his leadership, while Elizabeth Mellish, a Gleneagles Townhouse sommelier, received the education award.
Joshua Castle, from Noble Rot/Keeling Andrew, showcased his commitment and earned recognition as well.
In April, a panel of industry experts will judge our nominations and make the final selections.
Last year’s distinguished judges included prominent figures like Katy Keating from Flint Wines, Kim Wilson of North South Wines, and Michael Saunders of Coterie Holdings.
Keep in mind that the deadline for nominations is February 10, so mark your calendars!
We’re looking forward to your submissions.
The complete list of the 2025 30 Under 30 will be revealed at this year’s London Wine Fair and highlighted in the June issue of Harpers Wine & Spirit, available both in print and online.
