Hallgarten Becomes Exclusive UK Importer for Iconic Nicolas Feuillatte Champagne

As we step into the new year, Hallgarten & Novum Wines proudly announces its exclusive rights to import Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte in the UK, effective from January 1, 2025.

Strategic Partnership

This partnership is a landmark development for both entities, as Nicolas Feuillatte prepares to make a comeback with a selection of specially curated cuvées aimed at the on-trade market.

By focusing on independent wine cellars, restaurants, bars, and hotels, the brand seeks to enhance its visibility and influence throughout the UK.

Christophe Juarez, the Managing Director of Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte, expressed his excitement about this collaboration.

He underscored the UK market’s significance and reaffirmed the brand’s dedication to expanding its international reach.

Juarez further explained that the reintroduction of a premium champagne line tailored for the hospitality sector responds to evolving consumer preferences, with a goal of appealing to a wider audience.

Hallgarten’s Commitment

Andrew Bewes, Managing Director at Hallgarten, shared his reflections on the firm’s progress in the past year, during which they have successfully integrated several esteemed wineries into their collection.

He noted the pride they feel in welcoming Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte— a well-loved name in the world of French champagne— into their offerings.

The champagne will also play a featured role at their upcoming annual tasting event, set to take place on January 27 and 28 at Old Billingsgate in London.

Known for its striking blue label, Nicolas Feuillatte enjoys popularity among consumers and is readily accessible at numerous retail outlets across the UK.

Hallgarten intends to tap into this existing demand, aiming to broaden the champagne’s availability in premium hospitality settings.

Brand Heritage

Founded in 1976 in the Côte des Blancs region, Nicolas Feuillatte holds the distinction of being the youngest major Champagne House and the largest growers’ champagne brand.

Its success is deeply rooted in its collaboration with a vast network of 5,000 winegrowers across the Champagne appellation, underscoring a commitment to quality and tradition.
